Audiologist
 

Swedish Physician Division seeks a talented Audiologist to join Swedish Neurosciences Institute.

Will be responsible for diagnostic evaluations and identifying those with the symptoms of hearing loss and other auditory, balance, and related sensory and neural problems; Effectively communicate diagnostic test results, diagnoses, and proposed treatments to patients and care team; Approach problems objectively and provide support to patients and their families; Interpret test results and coordinate with medical, educational, and psychological information to determine appropriate referrals and/or course of treatment.  Skills in diagnostic evaluations including, electrophysiologic (ABR and OAEs), hearing aid dispensing and BAHA experience preferred.

Must be currently licensed, or have the ability to be licensed, in WA State as an Audiologist and possess a Master's or Doctoral Degree in Audiology.  Minimum of 3 years, full-time work experienced required.  Position requires a motivated, self-starter to build this new audiology service line within Swedish Otolaryngology Specialists.

Clinical Audiologist
 
Founded in 1936, The Vancouver Clinic is a multi-specialty clinic located in Vancouver Washington, just north of Portland Oregon. 
 
We are seeking an Audiologist who is interested in a part time position increasing to full time as we grow.  We share a strong collaborative working relationship with the ENT department and have also established a vestibular therapy program with the PT department that has been very successful. 
Clinical responsibilities include audiometric examinations pediatric through geriatric, newborn infant hearing screening follow ups, vestibular assessments and treatments Posturographys and VNGs, ABR’s and hearing devices.
 
The successful candidate will establish rapport with patients, program and fit hearing instruments, follow up with adjustments and/or problems.  Will participate in marketing events, continuous education of our colleagues regarding the services our department provides, and maintain our working relationship with the Vancouver School District, ESD and EHDDI Program.
 
Masters degree in Audiology or AuD required. Active WA State license to practice Audiology, or ability to obtain. Must also be able to obtain a bond. Motivated to deliver high quality services and products. Fee Based Audiologist Position
 
The Veterans Administration is seeking intermittent fee basis audiologist to work weekends and/or as needed to cover holidays, vacations, and maternity leave.  Fee based Audiologists are needed at the American Lake VAMC (tacoma) and the Seattle VAMC. 
 
Audiologists would see patients for a hearing aid evaluation or hearing aid fitting and the pay is $70/pt.
 
You can make your own schedule and see as many or as little patients as you would like.

Experienced clinical Pediatric Audiologist needed for immediate opening to work primarily at Seattle Children's Hospital with some work at Children’s Bellevue. Part-Time Pediatric Audiologist Position
 

 Listen and Talk is seeking a part time pediatric audiologist to provide evaluation, testing and technical support to children enrolled in our programs. Listen and Talk staff members provide early intervention, auditory verbal therapy, school consults and preschool classes to children who are deaf or hard of hearing in order for them to develop listening and spoken language.

 Interested applicants should have a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech and Hearing Association and have or be eligible to obtain licensure from the WA State Department of Health. Excellent communication skills and at least 3 years experience as a pediatric audiologist are required.

Audiologist/Clinical Specialist Opportunity

 A large client of mine is looking for Audiologists to function as Clinical Specialists. This is a permanent position. We have openings in the Northeast (primarily New York/Connecticut), the Southeast (primarily Florida), the Mid-Atlantic, the Northwest (primarily Oregon/Washington), and the Southwest (primarily Texas/Oklahoma). This position requires a strong background in audiology (Au.D / Ph.D) with clinical experience with cochlear implants. The primary responsibility of the clinical specialist would be to provide clinical and technical support services to cochlear implant programs in the region. The specialist would visit different clinics to maintain relationships with customers by means of advising and holding consultations with clinicians and audiologists using my client's product. They would also be responsible for the training and education of graduate students and educators, as well as assuming the role of a Clinical Audiologist. This position is paying between $70-75K with the potential for a 15% bonus based on performance. $5000.00 in relocation expenses will be covered as well.
